You have begun to understand yourself. You can say something about where you are and where you are trying to go. But when the moment arrives, the mentor call, the programme intake form, the interview question, the WhatsApp opportunity group; your story still comes out thin, generic or scattered. Not because you have nothing to offer. Because you have not yet learned how to make what you offer easy for another person to read, remember, and respond to.
That gap is exactly what Build Your Work Story was built to close.
Build Your Work Story is a practical, eight-session mini course that takes the early self-awareness you have already built and turns it into a stronger, sharper, more work-facing story you can use in real opportunity spaces without pretending to be more experienced than you are.
This is not about performing confidence or learning scripts that sound borrowed. It is about upgrading the language you use about yourself, connecting your strengths to real evidence, choosing a work direction that makes sense for where you actually are, building a short introduction that travels, learning to translate informal experience into work-facing language and practicing your story aloud until it sounds like you - clear, grounded and credible.
Across eight focused sessions, you will move from a story that sounds basic or unsure into one that helps mentors, employers, programme officers and referral partners understand you faster and support you better. You will not be asked to inflate your life or sound corporate. You will be helped to find the clarity, evidence and direction that are already inside your experience and shape them into something another person can act on.
NIA, AYTE's AI coach and mentor, moves with you through every session. Helping you notice where your language shrinks under pressure, choose the right evidence for the right opportunity room, adapt your story ethically without losing truth and decide where to use your finished proof in a real next move.
By the end of Build Your Work Story, you leave with two powerful proof artifacts; a Work Story Card and a 60-Second Spoken Introduction that show any opportunity room not just who you are, but what you bring, where you are building and how clearly you can communicate it when it matters most.
