And somehow, even when you are learning, trying, helping, rebuilding and figuring things out, your mouth says "Ah, nothing much."
That moment, when your real life suddenly sounds smaller than it is, is exactly what this course was built for.
Know Your Story is a short, practical, four-session micro course that helps you stop letting pressure speak for you and start telling your story in a way that is honest, grounded, and actually useful in real opportunity spaces.
This is not about sounding polished or inventing a better version of yourself. It is about noticing what pressure is doing to your voice, finding the real evidence already living in your life, choosing a next direction that makes sense for where you actually are and putting it all into one clear story you can use - today.
Across four focused sessions, you will move from the pressure that shrinks your voice into a clear, evidence-backed story you can use in real opportunity spaces. You will not be asked to invent a better version of yourself. You will be helped to notice what is already true, name it clearly and shape it into something another person can hear, remember, and respond to.
NIA, AYTE's AI coach and mentor, moves with you through every session. Helping you notice what pressure is doing to your story, test whether your strength signals are believable, pressure-check your direction and choose the format that helps you sound most like yourself.
By the end of Know Your Story, you leave with one clear proof artifact; a One-Page Story Snapshot that shows any opportunity room not just who you are, but what you bring, what has shaped you and where you are building toward.
